Swarmd is a product from Brevz SAS.

Brevz SAS is a company registered at 4 Rue Voltaire, 44000 Nantes, France (registration number: 898446141). Our technical infrastructure is provided by OVH and some of our databases are provided by Scaleway.

Your data is very important to us at Brevz, and it is also very important to us that you understand how it is stored and used. We are committed to complying with GDPR and other data protection policies. The privacy of your data is a big deal for us.

In this policy, we explain what data we collect and why, how your data is processed and what your rights are to your data. We promise never to sell your data: we never have and never will.

1. Swarmd

Swarmd is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provider that serves companies looking to deploy javascript server accross the world can use.

Swarmd customers themselves also have customers, so we refer to our customers as “users”. We refer to the customers of those customers “visitors”.

2. As a visitor

The privacy of our website visitors is important to us so we do not track any individual people. As a wisitor to the swarmd.io website:

We allow our customer to deploy and run any code, we do not have the possibility to analyze what is served to the visitor. If any malicious code is served to the visitor, we’ll take the appropriate legal actions against our customer.

There are no data collected by us when you are a visitor of a Swarmd Worker. We only keep some logs over our logging platform.

• No personnal information is collected
• No cookie are stored
• No information is shared with, sent to or sold to third-parties.
• No information is shared with advertising companies
• No information is monetized

We collect anonymouse usage data for statistical purposes on our own product. No personnal data is collected.

We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

3. As a customer of Swarmd.io

We only collect what we need and we will solely process this data to provide you with the service you are subscribing for.

What do we collect ?

• An email address
• Your name
• Your company name
• Your company VAT number
• Your Github Profile information

The payment process is handled by a third-party payment provider. If you choose to tsubscribe to a Brevz plan, the billing information and the payment process is handled by Stripe. See the Stripe privacy policy for full details.

4. IP policy

No IP addresses are stored in our databases.

We are legally required by the law of France to log those IPs in the event of a legal request (for a minimum duration of 1 year) so we keep them for a year.

5. Hosted

All data we track and collect is fully secure, encrypted and hosted on a database powered by renewable energy in Paris Scaleway Privacy Policy

6. Duration

6.1 The Privacy Policy is effective as of November 24, 2023 and replaces and supersedes any previously agreed Privacy Policy between you and the Processor.

6.2 Termination or expiration of this Privacy Policy shall not discharge the parties from the confidentiality obligations herein.
